Bench Squat Deadlift Military Press ShirtsAs she got older and less mobile she Bench Squat Deadlift Military Press Shirts out my heating pad was for sore joints. It’s hers now. Her food is up on a table so the dog can’t get to it. As she lost mobility she couldn’t jump up there anymore. Her solution? I’ll just push this chair out a little then jump from the chair to the food. She’s amazing.
